NOTICE OF BUILDINGS MAINTENANCE

Dear Residents and Owners,

In order to keep the property at its best condition, we conduct regular maintenance of our facilities. As such, we would like to inform you that there will be maintenance works all South Plot Buildings rooftop from 8^th July 2021 at 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm for one month. During this time, one elevator will be used solely for the construction, thereby leaving only one elevator for use by guests.

Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control

Dear owners and residents,

Based on the information released by the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the number of COVID-19 cases continue to decline in Phnom Penh. However, we continue to be alert and be aware of our safety and security. The Ministry of Health's epidemic prevention measures must be continuously followed to break the chain of transmission. Therefore, we would like to remind you that the south area  construction site of One Park has been temporarily closed by the government due to the control of the epidemic and testing. Please avoid or stay away from this area to protect your health and safety.

NOTICE OF WATER SUPPLY DISRUPTION

Dear Owners and Residents of SA/SC Building,

In order to keep the property at its best condition, please be informed that Engineering will be carrying out water supply pipe maintenance as annual plan on Thursday, 15th July 2021, from 13:00 p.m to 16:00 p.m. During this period, water supply will be disrupted for approximately 3 hours.

Notification announcement

Dear owners and residents,

We understand that the news broke out about a confirmed case at the Singapore Cambodia International Academy (SCIA) on 18 May 2021, and we believe that you are aware of this information.

The first, SCIA has been closed since February 2021 and all staff were placed on a work from home arrangement during school closure.

We have been communicating with the Head of SCIA, and followed their official notification confirmed that, indeed, one of drivers developed fever on 14 May 2021" and has contracted Covid-19 on 18th May 2021. The concerned individual went to the school on 11th May 2021, and stayed in the school building the whole time and had two close contacts. Luckily both close contacts are swab tested negative by this morning. For more information, please refer to the official notice of SCIA, thereafter.

In view of the above, for your own safety we leave it at your discretion should you feel the need to do self-quarantine for 14 days in your own home.

Notification

Dear Owners and Residents,

We have received complaints recently about garbages and other items being thrown from higher floors of the building. In line with this, we humbly request all to kindly not throw the garbage directly from the balconies out of the apartments. We are putting a lot of effort to keep our premises clean, and incidents such as this makes the job very tough and demotivating. In addition, such behavior not only is disrespectful towards other building residents, it is also considered an OFFENSE under the Royal Cambodian law.

We have alerted the ground floor people and our team that should there be such incident happening, our office should be notified immediately. The occupants of the whole building shall be held responsible, and penalties shall be incurred in accordance with the law.

As such, we request the whole One Park community for support and cooperation to help maintain our community clean.

NOTIFICATION

In order to keep the property at its best condition, please be informed that our Engineering team will be carrying out South Plot Swimming Pool disinfection and sterilization as scheduled in our annual maintenance plan from Monday, 26th July 2021, starting from 22:00. The duration of the maintenance work will be approximately four to five days with the possibility of extension in case of rain.
